TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Our course prices are listed on our "course page" as all inclusive for Washington DC and other US cities. We provide two prices 1) Washington DC area, and 2) Market price which is our standard priced based on market pricing to be competitive with other vendors in the same area, teaching the same course. You will find our prices are lower than anyone else. For overseas locations add $2,000 the market price if located in (Hawaii, Guam, Hong Kong, South Korea, Signapore) but call us first for pricing. Each class is priced at a firm fixed price that permits up to 25 students per class to attend at the listed market price. Everything is provided in our price, except for facilities and equipment (see requirements below) for on-site classes.
OUR COURSE PRICES ARE LOWER THAN ANY GSA SCHEDULE COURSE PRICES FOR 25 STUDENTS
Which is why we are not on GSA Schedule. If your agency wishes to price compare our per class price against ANY GSA schedule pricing based on 25 students simply multiply the GSA per student price x 25 and you'll see we are cheaper. Once you do your price comparison issue us either an SF-182, or SF-1449 purchase order to get the ball rolling after calling us to schedule a class date. If you agency choses to order at least 8 courses from us you will acheive "most favored status" at which time you agency will receive a 10% automatic discount.
Training Orders (SF-182), Purchase Orders (SF-1449) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). For enrollment purposes, we accepted Government Purchase Order (SF-1449) and Training Request Forms (SF-182) as acceptable forms of course reservation for all courses, however, we prefer that payment be made in advance by government credit card for all one day classes. We prefer SF-182s for multiple bookings of the same course. Meaning if your agency wants to have 10 classes taught of the same course, simply issue 10 separate SF-182 documents with accounting data at the prices listed in our catalog of market prices. Once the course is completed we require payment by EFT to our bank. No up front deposits are required.
NOTE: Facilities and equipment are required to be furnished by the hosting agency for all agency on-site classes, and are not included in our course prices. However, for those agencies in the Washington, DC area that do not have the capability of hosting an on-site classes due to space limitations, but wishing to do so in the DC area, The Acquisition Institute can provide space for you (at our Northern Campus site) for government or commercial agencies. The cost is $350 per day for up to 25 students, and $550 per day for more than 25 students. Please call us to arrange for a class at UVA before you do this before you pay online for classroom support.
