Performance Work Statement Development for IT Specialists (1-Day)
In this one-day version of the PWS course, but made specifically for IT Specialists (Government & Industry) that discusses: PWS development and contracting for IT functions and the impediments that must be overcome to achieve better Request for Proposals and contractor technical proposals. Performance Based Acquisition for Service Contracting (1-Day)

Understanding Request for Proposal (RFP) Development  (1-Day)
This (1) day RFP course is meant for both government and industry employees newly assigned contract specialists, program personnel, COTRs, and those need other CLP elective credit in order to know what it takes to create a proper Request for Proposal document (RFP).  You will better understand the mechanics of solicitation (RFP) development and some neat tricks of the trade to expedite your agency's requirement while creating better outcomes, including source selection.  Attendees will learn about: How a government Request for Proposal (RFP) is developed, evaluated and awarded, good and bad RFP example documents, how and why the source selection process is so important and what can go wrong, the Uniform Contract Format (UCF),  about technical and source selection evaluation, competitive range determinations, contract award and debriefings, samples are discussed along with extensive instructor feedback.
