TAI was created to provide truly affordable training to government agencies for classes of up to 25 students.  This is why we work hard to keep our firm fixed prices as the Lowest in the Industry.  Our competitors cannot touch our per seat prices on a firm fixed price basis. Our 1-day, 2-day and 5 day courses are the lowest priced and highest quality possible.  Our course critiques tell it all.  If you'd like us to email your course references-we'll be happy to do so.  

TAI provides flexible methods for payment, and our prices are better than any GSA catalog price for 25 students.  When desiring to book any 1-day course, agenicies must pay the entire 1-day fee in advance by purchase card once your training manger has confirmed available dates by phone with us.  For our 2-day courses, along with our 5-Day BASIC COTR course, or any courses  that are multiple booked (more than one of the same course), agencies simply have to PDF email us their SF-182 Training Request and Authorization or a  Government Purchase Order (SF-1449) specifying the course name with multiple delivery locations, and CLIN for the Course Price.  SF-182 and POs will be invoiced after completion.  We can hold course dates as TBD so long as we have an SF-182 in hand.

TAI's primary method of purchase and payment acceptance for courses is by Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, and AMEX) for our one day courses. We also accept company or personal checks in advance of the course. All (1) day courses MUST be paid by credit card in advance of course through our CHASE Shopping Cart.  This keeps your costs down, and our costs lowest in the industry so we can bring affordable pricing to the government.

Don't have your own training space? TAI Inc., can provide your agency class space at the University of Virginia (northern commuter campus) for those agencies that do have have sufficient training room, or which prefer to hold training off-site and not at their agency location.  TAI teaches throughout the United States, as well as, overseas upon customer request.  Throughout the years some public course offerings are provided at UVA by TAI Inc.
